A leading National NHS Organisation had embarked on a programme of evaluation projects but lacked the governance to manage them. We put in place, gap audits and analysis and mobilisation plans for the 6 pilot projects plus governance, project and programme principles, reporting and establishment of a Programme Management Office for our client.
